Financial Accountability Training Programme
Real accountability techniques that work in actual business environments. Six months of structured learning starting July 2026, designed for people who want to understand how money moves through their operations and where it's actually going.

Five modules that build on each other. Each one takes about four weeks, with practical exercises you can apply to your own situation as you go.
Tracking Without Spreadsheet Headaches
Most people abandon financial tracking because it feels overwhelming. We'll show you systems that actually stick, starting with what matters most for your situation.
- Setting up tracking that takes under 15 minutes daily
- Categorising expenses in ways that make sense
- Weekly review habits that catch issues early
- Digital tools vs. manual methods comparison
Budgeting That Adapts
Rigid budgets break. We'll teach you flexible frameworks that accommodate reality while keeping you accountable to what you said you'd do.
- Building baseline budgets from actual data
- Creating buffer zones for variable costs
- Quarterly adjustments based on performance
- Warning signs that your budget needs revision
Cash Flow Patterns
Understanding when money arrives and leaves makes planning possible. This module covers seasonal patterns, payment timing, and managing gaps.
- Mapping your specific cash flow cycle
- Planning for predictable slow periods
- Reserve strategies for unexpected gaps
- Accelerating receivables without being pushy
Accountability Partnerships
Going it alone rarely works long-term. We'll help you set up accountability structures—whether that's a partner, advisor, or peer group.
- Choosing the right accountability format
- Structuring regular review sessions
- Sharing numbers without oversharing
- Getting useful feedback, not just cheerleading
Long-Term Financial Planning
Once you've got monthly habits sorted, we'll look ahead. Setting realistic targets, planning for growth, and preparing for things that might go sideways.
- One-year and three-year projection methods
- Scenario planning for different outcomes
- Investment timing for equipment or expansion
- Building sustainable profit margins
Who's Teaching This
Three people who've worked with Australian businesses for years. They've seen what works in different industries and what tends to fall apart after a few months.
Callum Thwaite
Financial Systems Consultant
Spent twelve years helping Queensland businesses sort out their financial tracking. He's particularly good at explaining things without jargon and setting up systems that don't require constant maintenance.
Sienna Kirkpatrick
Accountability Coach
Works with small business owners who struggle with financial discipline. She's developed frameworks that focus on behavioural change rather than just technical skills—because knowing what to do and actually doing it are different things.
Torben Lindqvist
Cash Flow Specialist
Previously worked with manufacturing and retail businesses on cash management. He teaches practical forecasting methods that don't require complex software or advanced maths—just consistent attention to patterns.

Upcoming Programme Schedule
We run three cohorts per year. Next intake begins in July 2026 with limited spots to maintain group quality.
Programme Commencement
First module begins. We'll spend the opening week getting everyone set up with tracking systems and establishing baseline financial pictures. Most participants find this week eye-opening—you don't really know where you stand until you track it properly.
Mid-Programme Review
By this point, you'll have completed modules one through three. We pause for individual progress reviews to adjust approaches where needed. Some people accelerate through certain sections while others need extra time on specific areas.
Participant from 2025 cohort
"The mid-point review helped me realise I was overcomplicating my tracking system. Simplified everything and suddenly it became sustainable."
Programme Completion
Final module wraps up with long-term planning. You'll leave with a twelve-month financial roadmap and systems that should keep working without constant intervention. Most graduates continue meeting with their accountability partners after the programme ends.
